This has become my preferred location to select floral arrangements for any occasion. Though it was a little nerve wrecking to order online the first time, my follow up conversation with Leon certainly alleviated any and all fear. He promised to do a good job and he did not disappoint. I particularly appreciate the added feature of the card message. The fulfillment of my most recent order was especially outstanding. When I called to check on the delivery, I was told that it was missing a card. I immediately called the store and spoke with Leon about the issue. He apologized profusely and promised to rectify the situation by having his driver return to deliver the card. Later in the day I received an enthusiastic call from my sister who reported that the driver had returned to drop off the card. At one level this might not appear to be a big deal, but I was impressed by the focus Leon gave to what could have been considered a small detail. Professional, dependable, pleasant, efficient. Just a few words to describe the quality of service Leon always provides.
