It's soo beautiful more beautiful than expected. Flowers are soo fresh and beautiful. I requested for a smooth delivery and the delivery person tried his best to find my wife in the hospital and gave her the gift. I really appreciate it. I recently ordered some flowers and I have to say—they were absolutely beautiful! I was blown away by how fresh, vibrant, and carefully arranged they were. Each rose was in perfect condition, full of life and color. You could really tell that care and attention to detail went into putting them together. They brightened up the entire room and honestly exceeded my expectations. I would definitely order again—such a lovely experience! Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Baezas Flowers and Decorations! Every arrangement I’ve purchased has been absolutely stunning—clearly made with care and an eye for detail. The flowers are always fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged, making them perfect for any occasion. The staff is so helpful and friendly, always ready to offer suggestions or accommodate special requests. Highly Recommend!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed by 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this cutoff will be delivered the next business day.
Specific Times: While we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, especially during peak holidays, like Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.
We deliver all 7 days of the week.
Safe Drop-off: If the recipient is not home, our driver will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area (porch, lobby) and notify the recipient by phone or text.
Apartments & Businesses: For secure buildings or offices, we will leave the arrangement with the front desk, concierge, or receptionist if permitted.

Hospitals: Please verify that the hospital accepts flower deliveries to the patient rooms (ICU and certain specialty units typically do not). If flowers are not permitted in rooms, they will be delivered to the front desk.
