Genuinely an AMAZING experience, everyone was absolutely wonderful! It was a lovely experience to order, and my lady when picking them up felt special and comfortable. The people who worked Saturday were helpful and friendly. Ordering was smooth and pick up was a dream. The shop has surely gained a new customer. Although there was a delay, the bouquet came beautifully made. I’ll definitely patronize the store moving forward for all my flower needs. Thank you so much Leon.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Same-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed by 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after this cutoff will be delivered the next business day.
Specific Times: While we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery windows, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times, especially during peak holidays, like Valentine's Day, and Mother's Day.
We deliver all 7 days of the week.
Safe Drop-off: If the recipient is not home, our driver will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded area (porch, lobby) and notify the recipient by phone or text.
Apartments & Businesses: For secure buildings or offices, we will leave the arrangement with the front desk, concierge, or receptionist if permitted.

Hospitals: Please verify that the hospital accepts flower deliveries to the patient rooms (ICU and certain specialty units typically do not). If flowers are not permitted in rooms, they will be delivered to the front desk.
